K-106 IDLER CHAIN TENSIONER KIT - FRONTIER (2022+)

(Set for one side of transmission idler chains order two kits if you need kits for both chains)


Replacement set of idler chain adjustment arms and blocks for 2022+ Frontier models.

Will not work on 2021 or older models.

It is recommended to use RED Loctite when installing the bolts to prevent them from backing out and once the spring is installed pinch the connecting loops a tad tighter with needle nose pliers to prevent the spring from falling off.
Also, the washers provided may or may not be needed to align the slider block perfectly with the chain.  Check the alignment before using the Loctite.

(1) 200-0109 - Spring
(2) 500-0092 - Tensioner Arms
(2) 500-0093 - Slider Block
(2) 10005J - Washer  (May need for proper slider block alignment)
