If your fuel pump is buzzing loud or you don't have fuel pressure, check the screen on the end of the pick-up tube. Debris can clog the screen. Disconnecting the fuel line and blowing into the tank can normally rid the screen of debris but cleaning the tank will be the only sure fix it won't happen again.
